1. Services

  • Harmony Cleans provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Greater London.
  • All services are performed with eco-friendly products and industry-standard techniques to ensure quality and safety.
  • Service details, including scope and duration, will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a full service charge.

3. Payment

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement is made.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay).
  • Late payments may incur a fee, and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the service.
  • We may offer a complimentary re-clean for valid concerns, at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Liability

  • We exercise due care but are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or tear to property or items.
  • Clients must inform us of delicate, valuable, or fragile items before cleaning begins.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • We use your data solely for service delivery, communication, and billing purposes.
  • Data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Harmony Cleans or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from our services will be handled through negotiation in good faith.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Affected services will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.
